The Wellness Letter
Fisherman's taleDo you want to avoid having to make a weight resolution in January 2012…again?

Would you like to prevent cancer, diabetes, arthritis, depression and fatigue?
Does “losing weight” continue to be on your “un-done” goal list?

Lack of lean muscle mass and excess of adipose tissue not only increases musculoskeletal stress on your system relating to pain, injury and low energy, it also taxes all your organs.

When you have excess “body fat” you cause break down and damage to your joints, to hormone systems that relate to mental health and reproduction, you increase internal inflammation and drive organ fatigue which results in breakdowns and diseases like high blood pressure, weak immune system, cardiovascular disease, cholesterol problems, acid reflux and food allergies
.
You have power over these illnesses of life style, like diabetes, chronic pain, depressions, anxiety, cancer, heart disease and bone health. Let us help lead you to good lifestyle habits that will get you the health you want.

This fall we will be doing a special food series which will involve educational workshops, gentle food based cleansing and creating lifestyle habits that help you reach the weight and health goals you are aspiring to.

To take advantage of access to local harvested foods and to go into the holidays with health so you don’t have to recover in January, the program will be starting the week of September 26th. Click here to let us know if you want to be involved and we will provide you the details.
